Some of our homes come with an attached Property Membership to the Stonebrooke Estates Swimming Pool until a yearly Maintenance Fee of $180 cease to be paid. Currently there is a waiting list to join the pool as the City of Gladstone has limited the number of memberships to 100 due to the size of the parking lot. We have no control over the limit of memberships.
POOL MEMBERSHIP IS NOT AUTOMATIC WITH A HOME PURCHASE IN STONEBROOKE (or Stonebrooke Estates for that matter) !!!
For more information on that contact Dick Hinderliter at 816) 453-1006 or hondolite2@gmail.com.
If you have an underground sprinkler system you must have it backflow tested every spring. To schedule that you need to contact Stuart Brewer at 816) – 896-1327 or kcbackflowtest@gmail.com
Why do we have a Covenant to restrict overnight street parking?
- Trash truck come EARLY and they can not navigate around parked vehicles!
- Safety concerns with kids darting in and out between parked vehicles.
- Snow plows need streets clear of ALL vehicles.
- It is unsightly. Stonebrooke looks cleaner and well kept without a bunch of cars parked on the streets.
- Do you think that your neighbors like driving around your parked vehicle every morning on their way to work (or way home)?
- All of our Covenants need to be respected. It is an important aspect of Stonebrooke that maintains all of our property values.
